Late Arrival Policy - Cancellation
We pride ourselves on punctuality & commitment to each client's scheduled time. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we cannot extend appointment times for late arrivals. To accommodate everyone fairly, we require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding.
